1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HelixStream's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

HelixStream provides lead generation and online advertising services to businesses. Our platform uses AI-powered technology to identify, qualify, and deliver potential customers to our clients through various advertising channels including social media, search engines, and display advertising.

3. Service Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, with rates varying from $40 to $60 depending on the advertising channel and lead quality. Monthly subscription plans are also available. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

• Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads
• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Lead Quality and Verification

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet our quality standards and verification criteria. However, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control including your sales process, product quality, and market conditions.

5. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. Lead information is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing activities
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property related to HelixStream's platform and services remain our exclusive property. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended business purposes only.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

HelixStream's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Texas, United States.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
